01 / OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE LICENSE

The FAULTLINE codebase, including the mcp-guard proxy, evaluation harnesses, and reproduction scripts, is licensed under the permissive MIT License.

You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions specified in the MIT License.

02 / DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE AND BENCHMARK RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

03 / ACCEPTABLE USE

When evaluating or deploying the FAULTLINE workbench, you agree to execute tools and benchmarks strictly within isolated, bounded sandboxes. You must not use our attack-simulation vectors or fault-injection fixtures against live production systems, infrastructure, or endpoints without explicit written authorization from their operators.

04 / RESEARCH AND REPRODUCTION CLAIMS

All published evaluation numbers, attack success rates (ASR), and pass^k statistics reflect empirical measurements under the specific hardware, model versions, and trial seeds documented in our research publications. Downstream results may vary depending on endpoint provider updates and runtime configurations.

05 / GOVERNING LAW

Governing law: to be specified.
